I ordered a pizza from Debonairs Umphakathi Mall Randfontein, my pizza was never delivered but on their app it showed that it had been delivered. I called multiple times and was told that they would call back once they had contacted their driver, that never happened. My time and airtime was wasted while my kids were hungry and waiting for food. They even pretended that they couldn't hear me probably coz they couldn't explain why I didn't receive my order. No apology given, just an "okay" when I said I'd log a complaint. Calls are recorded so listen to those before giving me feedback. The "driver" just called me @ 21:26 claiming that he is trying to find my house number after he apparently delivered my pizza around 19:50. This is unacceptable...
