My fiance order the chicken tripple decker just before 8 at the branch n they tell him the order will be ready by 8pm.At 8:40 they let him know that there is no sweet chillie sauce its finished.Like what the hell!!You make us wait a almost an hour just to tell us you cant give us the pizza we ordered .It just pathetic that its a practice that a pizza always takes longer than 30 min to be ready at this branch.I know of bigger branches in pta n jhb n with a much bigger demand whether its month end or not,you get what you orderd on time.If they run out of ingrediants they tell you before hand.Its always the case at the highveld mall branch and im sick of it now.You waste ur time go there to order,they waste ur time even more!!!Ai suka im going to use Romans pizza from now on in Witbank,thier pizza may not be as nice but at least thier service is much more satisfactory!
