just unacceptable

Went to a debonairs pizza in Alexandra on the 08/07/2018, at about 09:50 knowing that their opening time on Sundays is at 10am, went back at about 10:10am they were still not open, at around 10:17am I went to as one of the employees as to what time were they opening up and a response I got from here was "can't you see we not open yet", I understand we all are human and make errors and are late at times but then the attitude or rather her response was so unapologetic about them being not open in time, and when they eventually opened up at about 10:26 no one really found it necessary to apologize to the clients who were waiting outside, I mean debonairs is well accomplished business and the fact that they cannot live up to what they promise client is unacceptable, why not adjust their operating hours then to suit their employees needs.
