Junk status Service delivery...

On Saturday I placed an order with Debonairs online to be delivered from their Jabulani Mall store and I say this with a very heavy heart, it took them 2 hours 13mins for my order to be delivered and when it eventually got to me I had a very hungry child that I needed to deal with, the order was incomplete and their driver who I feel is a ***** said he was never given everything else but that half order and made me pay for the entire order and said he will come back with the rest of my order todate I'm still waiting and not even a courtesy call from the store or their manager to try and rectify this instead I have to follow up and they still not doing anything about it all Debonairs care about is their bottomline not serving us their customers. 4 days later and I need to write a review that could have been resolved within minutes if Debonairs cared about their customers.

I don't even want anything from them, just want my refund. I wouldn't want to be subjected to eating spit, not going to be naive we have all seen videos.

Hope someone does something about this appalling service from Debonairs
