It took 2h20 minutes to deliver pizza????

On 12/3/2016 I picked up the phone to call the rosebank debonairs to order pizza and confirmed delivery address. Mpho took the order and confirmed the cost. 40 minutes later I called to follow up on the order as the food hadn't arrived, the supervisor, Refilwe picked up and told me there was a shortage of drivers, then I asked her to give me an estimate how long it would take, mind you, I live in Hyde Park, about 4 km according to my gps. She said I should give it another 45 minutes, and told me there was a driver who had just walked in and she was going to give him my order. Ok, then I waited another 45 minutes, still no pizza. At about 8:30 I called again, spoke to Refilwe who told me I should wait as the driver had taken my order and was on his way, I then told her I was not satisfied with the response, I wanted to complain, she gave me the call centre number told me I should complain there. I called them, only to be told it takes 24hrs to 48hrs to resolve complains,mi told the agent I wanted feedback immediately, he then said he will investigate and have the store contact me, Refilwe called me back, told me the driver was back at the store and had said he got lost,
