Is this how a manager treats customers?

I placed an online order for a large tikka pizza with cheese grillers and a 1lt coke at around 4pm on 27 Dec 2015. The driver delivered the pizza along with the cheese grillers Without the Coke at around 5pm. He said he did not check the order and will bring me the coke in 15mins....I have still not received it. I don't need the coke it's just out of principle as I have paid for it! I call the Athlone branch this morning and explained to a lady handed the call to her manager Tammy. This lady is not worthy of a management title... she did not even attempt to bring my order up on her side to see what I have ordered and assist with my query! She tried to pass the buck and say she needs to speak to the other manager who was on duty!!!! Deal with the issue...and the more I'm telling her bring my order up on the screen the more she wants to pass the buck! I then raised my voice and sternly told her to bring my order up and deal with it she then put the phone down in my face! Debonairs, if this is the kind of management you have, imagine what kind of staff there is at the branch! I want this to be taken further with Tammy! I'm totally disgusted!!!!!! Pathetic
