Is my pizza still being delivered?

I ordered pizza from Debonairs Protea Gardens at 2 on Friday the 29th they called me at 2:05 to confirm and my address and they said my order would be delivered within 2 hours, my kids n I have been waiting since then.

Please advise what should happen, its not the first time something like this happens, their lies and bad service are disappointing
