Irritated!!!!!!

I ordered pizza on Sunday 10th April 2022. At 16:50pm my order was received. From 16:45, I started calling Debonairs Chris Hani Crossing ( the store I placed the order with) and the phone kept ringing with no answer. This continued until 17:32 and I decided to call the help centre. Spoke to the first agent, who gave me another number to reach, I continued contacting them with no luck. Then I called the help centre again, and an agent told me that she will try contacting the store on her side and give me feedback and again I waited a good 20 more minutes until it was delivered. Till today I have received any feedback on why there was a delay of over 2 hours or a MERE apology! Is this the service I deserved??!
