Irritaed customer

I phone in 3 times at the zewenwacht mall to place an order but a man called Henry keeps on saying I must order via the call center. I keep on choosing the option 1 but it takes me through the store again. He couldn't even take my order but hes at the store. Disguated disgusted disgusted customer. Pathetic customer service
