Irresponsible and totally false. Stick to your word!!

I ordered a pizza at 18:00 from Yeoville branch, teller said it should arrive at 18:45- 19:00. It is now 20:00 and my order has not arrived.

I had to go to resort to another fast food place to eat.

These kind of lies to your customers are totally unacceptable. I am not impressed with this kind of service. People are hungry and if you say the order will be done at a certain time you should stick to that time.

I should not have to pay for it if they eventually deliver the order struu.

It's such a pity because I was looking forward to having that triple decker.
