Irate Customer

Debonairs Westgate mall Mitchells Plain. I placed an online order at 16:38 only to recieve my delivery at 18:15. The driver then gave me my receipt and I immediately noted my order on the slip was 17:15 which was a whole 45 min later. He then gave me my order without the Cooldrink that I had ordered I then told him to just leave the Cooldrink as I had somewhere I needed to be at 19:30. He then told me he did not have change and that he would go to a shop to make change.

It is now exactly 19:27 and he has still not bought the change. I contacted the store twice, to which they said they would contact him to find out where he was.

This is pathetic and unacceptable service. I am extremely irate and upset that I need to wait for change which should have been provided on hand.
