Intimidated by Delivery Driver

Cannot believe that your delivery driver intimidated me and caused a scene at my place of work! That was almost 2 hours ago and so far no one seems to be taking this matter seriously! How are you not bothered at the fact that your employee snatched money from my hand, invaded my personal space, stopped me from calling head office to complain about his behaviour and refused to give me the order for free even though it arrived cold as per OUR terms and conditions. Website said no delivery fee, store manager says R10 delivery fee, driver demands R15 delivery fee and refuses to leave when I told him I was going to call security.
