Incorrect/Incomplete order delivered! Not the first time!!

Debonairs Protea Glen never fails to disappoint in their deliveries. It's either it's an incorrect order or incomplete order. I've had bad experience more than 3 times with their deliveries. I laid a complaint, got 1 missed call from them followed by SMSes saying they've been trying to contact me and they will close the case. I arrest my case!
