Incorrect orders Received more than once

I have a problem with Debonair pizza at soshanguve thorntree plaza. Most of the time when i give instruction, they do the opposite. i used to write on special instruction that they must not use sweet chilly, they must use debonairs source, they theydeliver sweet chilly. lately i decided to to mention sweet chilly anymore because it seesm m confusing them, i now state please use debonairs source and yesterday they delivered sweet chilly. the problem is that my little girl does not eat almost everyday i ordered pizza because she say it's chilly. people must learn to follow instructions, really m not impressed.
