Incorrect order,refused to give correct meal, rude

I phone debonairs to order Pop-itz, I had to repeat my order 3 times for the lady to put the order in. They delivered my order but I only saw it was incorrect in the office when he already left. I decided to give the food away as I am allergic to it. My colleagues convinced me to phone them back and demand my correct order. I phoned debonairs and the same lady answered the phone, she was extremely rude and denied my request but said she will phone me back. A few minutes later she phoned me and put her manager on the phone. He said that he cannot give me the correct meal until I give back the incorrect meal, he became very rude, started shouting and put the phone down while I was talking to him. The lady's name is Sphiwe and the manager's name is Dave if I'm not correct.
