Incorrect order

I ordered a pizza through the uber eats app and i specifically added an extra topping of jalapeno which i was correctly charged for, now comes my pizza and i have to eat and enjoy it, then i realise there are no jalapenos on the pizza, i call the Crarlton centre shop where my food was ordered from and i am advised that they do not have Jalapeno and they only sell Halaal food, I am very unhappy about that as no where on the app when i am ordering does it exclude jalapeno, number 1 that is false advertising , number 2 i am told that instead of jalapeno they replace with peppers, on whos permission was that done had i wanted extra peppers i would have easily ordered that, but i wanted jalapeno which i paid extra for it, as small as the amount was i still wanted my jalapeno then i advise the manager that why put something on the menu which they don't sell and i get no proper explaination. I have advised him as well that i will be submitting a complaint to via HelloPeter and he advises me the complaint should be directed at Uber eats and not them, how so if i may ask, did the Uber eats driver go into the kitchen at debonairs and make the pizza or did they just go and collect what was done by debonairs staff maybe i am the slow one here
