INCORRECT ORDER AND HAVE ATTITUDE

I ordered a triple decker pizza and a tikka sub from traderoute mall debonairs on sunday , the lady that took my ordered took my number down 7 times before she could get it correct , then when my order came ,there were two pizzas a tikka pizza and a triple decker pizza when I asked for a tikka sub , I then called the manager because at this point I was very upset , then manager was even worse he told me that he heard me through the phone and I ordered a tikka pizza he wouldn't let me talk and was rude , I eventually put the phone down then after 45 MIN later he calls to say that he can change the pizza for the sub and we can pay the difference ... this bear in mind it was 45 MIN later , after we have eaten the tikka pizza , debonairs pizza you really need to employ staff that can to a job and that can speak on a phone especially with taking orders the lady clearly couldn't understand English and the manager was the same , you guys will loose business and trust from customers its a pity your food is great but your staff is a major DOWNFALL in traderoute mall lenaisa I personally wont be going back there
