incorrect order and delay in complaint handling

I ordered a pizza online at debonairs menlo park with double cheese toppings. Firstly the driver took longer than normal to deliver my order (had to call the store to check how far the driver was). Secondly, the pizza did not have any extra cheese on it. Called the store and spoke to a lady by the name of Precious who promised that the manager would call (like a fool I believed her), called the third time and Clement assured me that he will get the manager to call, still waiting for that call. Im very disappointed
