Incorrect Order

Hi<br> <br> <br> On Saturday 26/09/15 , I placed an order with Debonairs in Sparks Road.<br> I asked the consultant if they do half and half on the large she said yes.<br> I asked for half 3 cheese and half original veg .<br> I waited 50 minutes before it was delivered.<br> when I received the order I was highly disappointed because I was given half veg and half 3 cheese with salami on top.<br> due to fasting I was highly ****ed off because I waited so long and now the order was wrong.<br> I called the branch again only 2 be told they don't know how that happened, I was reassured by the manager I would have a new 1 within 20 minutes. .<br> I waited 45 minutes for the replacement and was not given an apology or reason as 2 why it was not kept within the time frame I was promised.<br> being a loyal customer I don't think that is fair.
