Inconveniencing the customer

My friends and I ordered 2 boxes of Something Meaty and 1 box of BBQ chicken from the Debonairs branch in Banbury Crossing (which is about 10-15 mins away from the place we were located) at 19h51. We were then told that our order will be delivered in an hour, at 21h00 we called to check how far out food was and we were told there was a system crash and that the driver should arrive soon. After lots of calling, enquiring and arguing the driver arrives at 22h08 to deliver our food that is according to him (Hamphery) and his Manager (Norma-jean Khupe) was not much of a problem because they had a crashed system that we were not told about till the last call and when we asked the driver to see the pizza he refused to show us what we were purchasing until we got a parent out to assist us. We asked to get our food free for the inconvenience and to at least pay for 1 pizza but the manager and the driver both refused to listen to the customer, who according to the law, is always right. We eventually decided on turning the pizza back to where it came from.

As a customer I feel utterly disrespected and undervalued. People in the public sector need to learn and understand how to address and treat customers.

Do not order from the Banbury Crossing Debonairs ( ********** )
