Inconsistent Quality: Protea Glen Disappoints

I recently had Debonairs Pizza at Balfour Park, and it was absolutely amazing everything from the generous filling to the creamy cheese and that perfect cheese pull made it a great experience. Naturally, I expected the same quality when I ordered the same pizza at the Protea Glen Mall branch.

To say I was disappointed is an understatement. First, I had to wait over an hour — which I was willing to tolerate since it was the end of the month and probably busy. But after all that waiting, what I received was a dry, underwhelming excuse for a pizza. There was barely any filling, no cream cheese (yes, I checked), and absolutely no cheese pull. It felt like I was at a completely different franchise.

This is unacceptable. If you’re going to carry the Debonairs name, consistency across branches should be non-negotiable. I’m furious at the level of quality I received for the money I paid. My order number was #373.
