Inconsistencies in debonairs products

I bought the best cheese grilles at mofolo eyethu shopping center two today's later I bought the same product at diepkloof Square. The texture of the product was disgusting( mooshy and soggy) I had to give them to my dog. I wanted grillers not viannes with a touch of so called cheese . Highly disappointed.
