Incomplete order

I ordered pizza at Kagiso mall, my order was missing the cold drink the driver(Thomas) advised he forgot it, and he will bring it back in a few minutes I then called the store when the driver didn't show up the lady at the store told me they will bring it the following morning because of safety reasons it now over 2 days I still don't have it
