Incomplete order delivered

I made an online order at 18;07 on 01/09/2020 of 1 x on the double and 1 x death by chocolate and Debonairs Nkomo village accepted the order,but only the 1x on the double was delivered. I contacted the store right away and they told me that they'll deliver it once the driver comes back to the store.The store than called me again at 19:06 to inform me that the driver isn't back yet and that they'll send him to deliver it again . I contacted the store again at 19;51 and they apologised.They told me that the driver is yet to deliver. As I am typing this,it is after 8pm and the store is closed.It is really frustrating for me to make follow up on the store's mistakes,the incompetence of the driver and the lack of willingness to assist or make the customer happy from the store.For them to just disregard my complaint just like that until the store closed is beyond unprofessional.
