Incomplete Order and Poor Service

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service received from your Washingtonpost branch. I placed an order at 17:39, which included Chicken Shots. Despite calling four times to follow up, I was repeatedly told a driver was on the way. At 21:00, I received a missed call, and when I returned the call, I was informed that all drivers had refused to deliver my order.

This means I paid for items I did not receive. I expect a prompt resolution and a refund for the missing items.
