Incomplete order and bad attitude complaint

Hi,<br> <br> I had bad service at the Boskruin branch on 27th November.<br> <br> I ordered a triple decker meal with poppits and a coke along with a vegetarian pizza at around 8pm for collection. 18 Minutes later I arrive there to find out that they have not even started with my order when I asked about it. I had to wait a total of 27 minutes for my order to be completed(since I played it) after already complaining that they were taking too long.After they completed the order it was shoved into my hands and I left in a bad mood. When I got home I realised that the coke was not included so I decided to write this complaint as I did not want to drive all the way back to the branch to talk to the manager as the attitude towards me after complaining was already not acceptable.<br> <br> I would like compensation for this.<br> <br> The order number was 106 on the day. I do not know further details as I do not have the slip with me currently but I hope this will suffice.<br> <br> Also I wrote the full complaint here as the customer care mailing option on the website only allow 500 Characters which is a bit short to describe a complaint.
