INCOMPITENT, UTTERLY DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE!!!

i called debonairs customer service close to 6 times and all the agents hang up the phone whilst I was explaing the issue. the consultants are rude and are not there to assist. I spoke to one and asked to be transfered to someone who will be able to assist and she hung up the phone instead of providing me with accurate assistance.It is shamefull that a customer care line acts in a non professional manner and now I have to pay for the wrong thing.
