*********** Staff and Very Rude

today is a beautiful day for food and i make the biggest mistake of ordering from debonairs in phoenix. honestly i think they need to start hiring rocket scientists to do the job. ordered pizza online just after 10am. mary calls and says that they will send the pizza after 11am. 12pm the delivery guy by the name of alex comes and brings the slip for the order and guess what, no pizza. call and speak to portia the manager and she sounds like they getting everyones orders wrong. tell me that she will check whats going on and the order was sent out a while ago. few minutes later after 12:10pm order comes all smashed and looks like the driver sat on the order, mind you he has a delivery bike. portia also tells me she will send a new order and will have to wait another 35mins. will never order from debonairs again. Must say Portia was very rude and slammed the phone down on me before finishing the conversation. Well done debonairs, your *********** staff are costing youll more money. The money you could have been getting from me will now be going to Romans Pizza :)
