*********** Staaf, late delivery

Took and hour for the food to get delivered to us , ordered at 19.15 food only got delivered at 20:16, we called to ask about the food we were told they would call us back , 10 minutes later and no call back , we had to call them . On answering the call the woman behind the desk was very *********** and asked us for the delivery guys number , we were told they would compensate us and when they were asked how they could not answer, pizza was badly damaged in the box.
