<p>I'm on behalf of my heavy pregnant sister Norma Rampfumedzi, she called the Debonairs call centre in Van Riebeek Park to order a a tripple decker chicken pizza BBQ chicken wings with no success for the past 15 minutes. Mind you this is not the first that she has ordered a delivery to her address which is 21 Taalrental Street in kempton Park West. Firstly the number was busy and diverted to the call cntr and she spoke to ntombi who reports to Ronald. Ntombi couldn't find the address on the system so the call was escalated to Ronald who refused to take the call. In the background Ronald said "he was busy and that he is not going to take the call Norma must double check the address herself" in IsiZulu. During the argument between Ntombi and Ronald about this call being attended it took Ntombi 5 minutes to get back to Norma and advise her that "Ronald said he is not going to take the call" she must go to her nearest Debonairs because they can't find her address than Ntombi hung up. This is appauling service and she is going to take it further she would also like to get the recording of her conversation with Ntombi.</p>
