*********** lying personnel and horrific service

I made an order with Debonairs Maitland today at 14:03 pm, I kept on going back to the Debonairs wobsite to track my order but i noticed that it has not moved past the first stage. I then decided to call Debonairs Maitland to make an enquiry on how far is my delivery seeing that the website tracking device is not functioning, the lady i spoke said my delivery was on its way already it should get to me by 14:44 or 45. To my surprise my complex security guard called me at 14:40pm saying that there was a Debonairs delivery guy who said he was calling me but i am not answering then he left with my food. I am livid because this so called delivery guy was buzzing me with a number name Mamkhulu and whenever i pick up to answer the Mamkhulu drops the phone but he had the guts to lie and say i was not picking my phone. I then immediately called Deboairns Maitland very upset when i narrated my story they lady informed me that the delivery guy was there saying that he called me me numerous times but i was picking up i then told her that he was calling me he buzzed me more than eight times then later sent a call back. Now my thing this is a huge business for it not to have proper delivery processes in place, your tracking system was not working for me the customer to see how close you are then your delivery must have airtime to call the customer that they are outside. Your incompetency is appalling and what's even worse is for delivery guy lying saying they were calling me i did not answer meanwhile its they did not have airtime and they admitted that only after the lady asked to check their airtime now they change the story. Woooow not only have you employed *********** people but you employed ***** as well, to top is all my pizza finally got to me as cold as a dog's nose.
