*********** and horrible service

I placed an order with Debonairs pizza cosmo city mall at 18:30 and it only arrived at 20:37 after I've been trying to contact the store a hundred times without getting through because at this time it was 20:00 and i was worried because thats the stores closing time. At 20:30 I called the customer service to log a complaint and I realized the status on the app had changed to Received while I haven't received anything nor received communication from the store. Few minutes later after I was done with the consultant I received the call from the driver to say he's outside, and when I asked him what took so long he said it was because of the store not prioritizing orders.

This is unacceptable and very *********** as it's the 3rd time it's happening now.
