incompetence of staff
I place an order for delivery at 18h42. the item got delivered an hour later. Usual time is 20 minutes.<br> <br> I also see I have been debited twice on my account.<br> <br> Tired to call customer care, hold on for more than 5 minutes. totally nonchalant and clueless, incompetence
