Incompetence

I have placed an oder from Queenstown Debonairs at 17:24 Order No #***1 while waiting for my order at home I received a call at 18:22 that they cannot do it because they were cleaning they couldn't see the order. What a disappointment why can't they have someone who is responsible for online orders. This is really disappointing
