Incompetence

Today 26/8/22; I went to Debonairs Leeupoort Street Boksburg I placed my order n wait...they called an order nr...another customer collected the order About 2 mins later the cashier n another lady ran after the customer..it seems it was my order The lady brought me the food that they collected from the customer outside the shop...not apologizing...I asked her does she expect me to eat that food? I didn't want her to give me other because they could do one of two things...mess in my food or just warm up the same food I took the food n donate it to a homeless person An apology would have made a difference
