Incompetence

I feel Debonairs Pizza Protea Glen Mall should just shut down delivery option. Today I placed my order at 17:22 cause I called yesterday due to load shedding and I was told delivery closes at 18:00. So today I thought I would place my order as I'm aware now of the delivery schedule. When I placed my order It said my order has been placed. Then further said it's completed.. Well I'm still waiting.. And nothing..
