incompentent management

I ordered 5-sausage large pizza for R89.90 then a minute later changed the order to Triple - Decker large pizza for R129.90 Meat. Mlungisi Mthembu "manager" said that he would change order. The order then gets delivered COLD and only after we warm the pizza we see that Its has 2 layers and its the 5-sausage pizza VERY DRY and viennas and cut wors spread. I called Mlungisi to advise him and he then gives me Adiele who is his boss's number ********** 171 which was just ringing I then call him back he gives me Fadieles number ********** 327(adieles brother) which also just rings I then call mlungisi back and he just ignores my call.
