In which world is 4 hours waiting time acceptable
Ordered was placed at 07:02, followed up at 21:45 and was told that the order has left with the driver and they are not sure how long it will will take. The order took an additional one hour to arrive, the pizza was cold and was given the incorrect cold drink. Please don't order at Debonaires Vosloorus unless you order in the morning for lunch and have a microwave to warm the food and don't care what soft This service is really unacceptable.
