Improve Staff Treatment
The owner and the Brooker should try and treat the staff better and they are loosing them for this matter, on Saturday Debonairs didnt even open and now they have staff shorthage and that is resulting in us getting proper customer service because they are all rounders. You cannot promise to pay staff a certain amount and not pay them that and expect them to leave at night and work 8 hour shift thats exploitation, the fact that people are desperate and need job that doesnt give them the right to treat them a such
