Impressed how complaint was handled

<p>After logging a complaint about Debonairs, Malmesbury , previously, I was contacted by Hanno, the branch manager who set up a meeting between us on Saturday (28/10/16). I just want to thank him for the excellent way he handled my complaint. Not only did he do it in a very friendly and professional manner but he also went the extra mile to make sure I am happy by giving me a complementary pizza which he himself prepared for me! I can truly say that I am very impressed by how he handled the whole situation. Well done! Excellent service!</p>
