im very sad

Debonairs is a retail that gromed me by the former franchisee Mr Harry Boyzungulu, Not until they take allegations without naming a person who they came with that allegations. We were accused of *****ing money yet the finance officer never reported any missing money to us but the operational manager decided to say we stole money and fire us yet i had no warning at Debonairs. We provided some slips hence same slips were missing and some banking was not in order due to inaccurate system ( sometime when system is not we bank the following day ) I went to CCMA up until they took my case to shariff then that's were Debonairs decided to come to CCMA for appeal. My question is is it possible for a case to go back to CCMA while on shariff and while shariff has already done pointing equipment hence Debonairs manager has signed ? That happened to me even now im waiting for arbitration date.
