I'm done with Debonairs treating us like we not paying for the food we order.

I once complained about pizza I once received and I got a call from the manager who apologised and promised that this will never happen again. He also offered me a free pizza which I refused because I wanted his to get his stuff to prepare our food with love and respect especially for people like myself that order online.

After the 1st incident I got a pizza which they failed to cut but I let it slide and I cut it myself. Then I stayed for a while and didn’t order anything from them. However last week thursday I decided to order again online and to my disappointment my pizza looked like it was thrown in the box and even worse it was like a 6 year old was the one that cut the pizza.

I’m beyond appalled by state of food they give to their customers. I have no choice but NEVER to buy anything from Debonairs and stick to Panarottis because they don’t disappoint!
