Ill-mannered and imcompetent staff

I placed an order which arrived two and a half hours later. I spoke to the drive who was rude, disrespectful and back-chatting. Told his fellow staff members in vernacular under the impression that I would understand what he is saying, telling them that I'm annoying him and he passed on the phone to someone else without a warm transfer and then the driver said "Nxla" (this is similar to a swear word amongst Africans). The service is truly disgusting and appalling. I am honestly disappointed. I've had a truly unpleasant experience as a customer. Regards Mahlale Ledwaba
