I I have never experienced such a failure in service as I did on Saturday from the Jabulani branch. I placed an order which was confirmed at 3:28. Little did I know that I would have to wait more than an hour before I could receive my order? From my previous experience with other branches orders get confirmed telephonically, however this was not the case I had to call in and have the phone dropped in my ear twice and be told my order does not exist I must be mistaken cause there's nothing on their system. When I called the second time and spoke to the manager he made as though he could not hear me then kept quite next best thing the line was dead AGAIN!. I'm extremely disappointed dismayed by this kind of service because not only were they disinterested in my query by not investigating prior orders but wasted my valuable time and airtime by hanging up on me. This is really Shameful for such a big brand. Its people like this manager who make brands loose credibility forgetting that word of mouth spreads like wild fire from instances like these.
