Ignored complaints

<p>I had unacceptable service from Debonairs where I waited 2 hrs 30 min for food and spent R60 airtime finding a new Debonairs in Fourways area, which I knew only after finding out mistakenly. Everytime I wrote a complaint I got an sms to say problem solved. IT'S NOT SOLVED. I never get angry but now I am. </p> <p> </p> <p>I got past from place to place. It was disgusting. </p>
