Ignorance

the last time i stopped buying pizza from Debonairs was late year because of bad service. on the 31 July 2018 I decided to call for ordering 2 pizza, i wanted a pizza with a sliced round tomato on top , i mention the wrong name over the phone but i explained the type of pizza i wanted. i even asked if the pizza i asked for is the one with a round tomato on top and the lady said yes. Booom when I collect it was not the same thing worst it didnt even have a round tomato on top. Suprise!!!! "the kind of pizza you asked for was last sold 4 months ago we no longer make it" a delivery guy told me then the manager confirmed.

when i asked the manager why didn't your staff picked it up that the kind of pizza i am ordering they no longer make it or they dont have it, i was told its a new person. then I asked if its not possible to change it i dont mind paying extra then the manager said "No"

please Debonairs when you hire your staff train them or tell them if they are not sure of anything they must ask. i paid something that i didn't eat.
