If you want to sleep on empty stomach place an oder at debonairs with their stupid app

I placed an oder online using debonairs app it was my first time, I place it around 7pm and than after I received call from them saying that my oder might delay of which I understand because it was month end, and am in busy area around half 8 I received massage saying that my oder has arrive I must come downstairs when I get there, the was nobody I waited for some couple of minute than I went back to my room.. Following day I call them asking for my refund since I paid online, I was promise that the manager who was on duty the day I placed my oder will call me, but I never received any call.. I feel like your app is useless cause according to your record your driver call me but I never receive his call and never switch off my phone however if your app did allow me to track the driver I wasn't gonna missed my oder..
