If you want to keep your love for pizza, please do yourself a favour and stay away from Debonairs!

As a pizza *****, Debonairs was the only brand I trusted...I gladly drove to the store and patiently waited the grueling 1.5 hours it takes to receive your order...I now tried the app and here are my last 3 experiences (should have learnt after the first but gave my favourite restaurant a chance) 1. pizza arrived half-cooked and still doughy 2. BBQ chicken pizza arrived with just wads and wads of bbq sauce and pizza sauce, was so awful I threw up (these were at Debonairs Vaal Mall) 3. I even changed the branch (to Debonairs vanderbijlpark) and received a pizza with rock-hard crust, no sauce on and half the topping sc****d off with no cheese... basically I received a crust with some ingredients just thrown on. I'm now off pizza for good, thanks a lot Debonairs!! Please don't send me the generic "we've forwarded your details to the branch manager" they never contact us
