If it's cold it's free - What a load of bull

Very very unhappy with the service from this branch!!!!!!! Placed an order at 18:30pm 25 Aug 2017 for 2 double stack pizzas. @ 19:38pm the pizza was delivered - ICE COLD. Black dot...... When my husband asked so why did it take over an hour to deliver and that the pizza was now cold and should be for free, delivery guys was very sarcastic in saying it's due to the cold weather. It is 14deg? Now I would have understood if he had said that they are very busy with it being the 25th and all, but no..... He was rude and mumbled comments after my husband paid for the pizza and walked away. I phoned the branch and spoke with Kobus whom might I add is just as unhelpful. I complained that the pizzas was stone cold and that the cream cheese (double stack) was solid. Not melted at all.... He simply said he is very busy and that making another 2 pizzas would take another hour to make and that there is nothing more he could do for me. I was very upset as now I had to reheat pizza before we could eat and it already being so late? Kobus did not even let me finish saying how disappointed I was - He simply put the phone down in my ear. I will post this complaint on ALL social media for the world to see the standard of Debonairs these days. Romans Pizza will now be our pizza place.
