If its black its free is ALL A LIE
Ordered my pizza after a long day at work. Pizza arrived an hour later and the dot was black.
The delivery guy refuses to leave it for free (as per policy, if its black its free), instead phone the manager Lira who also refuses to leave the pizza but suggests to send another one.
Today was my first time ordering from this Branch after a break I had taken from them due to the similar issue.
This is unacceptable being in Centurion or anywhere for that matter.
Please tell all your customers that "IF IT'S BLACK IT'S FREE" it's A BIG LIE.
